Rabbi Chaim Richman is a man whose intelligence,
compassion and humility have accorded him the respect of Jew and non-Jew
alike. Quiet and assuming, Rabbi Richman
has been associated with the Temple Institute since 1989 and is the Director of
the Temple Institute’s International Department. He is the author and translator of a number
of books in English about the Holy
Temple, including
"The Holy Temple of Jerusalem," as well as several original works of
Torah commentary.
Rabbi
Richman has addressed audiences throughout the world, and has been interviewed
extensively by the international media. He co-hosts a weekly radio show, “Temple Talk”,
on Israel National Radio that has an audience that spans continents. So popular is the weekly feature that it’s length was doubled from one hour to two during the
latter half of 2005.
Rabbi
Richman is well-known for his precise and pleasant delivery of in-depth information
on the Temple,
Judaism, Halacha and the Seven Universal Laws of
mankind. He is a respected authority
throughout the world in matters relating to dialogue between Jews and non-Jews
and has personally pioneered many outreach projects in fulfillment of the
Biblical command for Jews to be Light to the nations, including the filming of over
100 episodes of an American television show entitled, “Light to the Nations”
that is broadcast throughout the United States.
